Return & Refund Policy
Not all, this is due to the wide variety of products and their uniqueness. Some purchases made from Gamers Ekiti are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective.
To make a request for refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number and evidence (e.g., screenshot, photo, or video). Once found legitimate, Gamers Ekiti will stand by our word and refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exclusions & Conditions: We do not offer refunds for products that have been redeemed, used, or are clearly working as described. Refund requests due to buyer’s remorse (simply changing your mind) will not be accepted except for where local consumer protection laws require them. Return or refund of physical items must include original packaging and be in unused condition. Any costs for shipping (in physical returns) will be borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
